Highlights include a 60-minute nutrition & lifestyle consultation, three nutrition-tune up sessions, meal planning support, a 4-week customized meal plan, recipes, food substitutions, grocery lists, and weekly check-ins and adjustments.
Online Nutrition & Lifestyle Coaching
During this 60 minute session, we will address all of your nutritional concerns. We will carefully assess your current dietary patterns, lifestyle factors, exercise habits, and medication use. We will discuss your food or nutrient intolerances, and teach you practical strategies to overcome barriers to healthy behavior change. It is through this one-on-one coaching that we will equip you the knowledge to reach and sustain your health and weight goals. After we complete your full assessment, you will receive a meal planner with evidence-based recommendations and other resources for long-term success.
Online Nutrition Tune-up
The nutrition tune-up is for returning clients who want continued support in reaching their health goals. During this 45-minute check-in, we will review your current eating patterns and assess your diet and nutrient intake for quality and adequacy. We will discuss dietary changes that will push you past a plateau or small tweaks that will have the most significant impact on your weight and wellness. Together we will set specific, measurable, and achievable targets to steer you even closer towards a healthier you. Following this consultation, you will receive an updated meal planner as necessary.
7-Day Customized Meal Plan
The one, and most important, step to becoming the best version of yourself involves adopting eating habits that support your goal of living a healthier lifestyle. We will help you incorporate foods you enjoy into a sustainable dietary pattern that works for you. If you have ever struggled to reach your health and fitness goals because you were not sure of what or how much to eat, we will customize a seven-day meal plan that caters to your needs and addresses any obstacles you have or may encounter. Your seven-day plan will come complete with a grocery list, food substitutions, and recipes for each meal and snacks. We will tailor your menu to your food preferences, allergies, and intolerances, as we do not use general or 'one size fits all' meal plans.
