Welcome to Breathe Japan. We designed our Breathe* retreat theme for you to improve your physical health through adequate nutrition and consistent exercise. Throughout this adventure to wellness, we'll explore eating patterns and exercise strategies that challenge your mind and body and take your health and fitness to new heights.
What to expect:
Seven nights & eight days of snowboarding (or skiing), yoga, and adventure
Each day will start with a yoga class focusing on mobility & stretching.
You will learn nutrition strategies to fuel correctly to support active days.
You will have downtime to relax and Breathe any stress away.
We will explore Japanese culture through nature, food, & traditions.
You will walk away with tools to take your health & fitness to the next level.

Our private retreat chalet boasts a sensational location in Central Hirafu, Niseko Village in Hokkaido, Japan. Positive energy will immediately greet you as you step through the front door and enter into the 'presence of grace,' a phrase for which this property is known.
The massive chalet offers a unique experience where you will enjoy the charm of one of Niseko's most exclusive estates. It welcomes up to eighteen people in six bedrooms—each with an ensuite bathroom, central heating & Wi-Fi. The property is equipped with an entertainment room, jacuzzi, sauna, fireplace, and a ski room. Our chalet is an ideal destination for wellness and adventure.
