The program
Welcome to Breathe Colombia. We designed our Breathe* retreat theme for you to improve your health through adequate nutrition and consistent exercise. Throughout this adventure to wellness, we'll explore eating patterns and exercise strategies that challenge your mind and body and take your health and fitness to new heights.
What to expect:
Six nights & seven days of wellness and adventure
Each day will start with a yoga or fitness class focusing on mobility & strength.
You will learn nutrition strategies to fuel correctly to support an active lifestyle.

Accommodations
Our retreat property is nestled away in the stunning Peñol-Guatapé Reservoir—approximately 80 kilometers east of Medellín, Colombia. The surrounding countryside and the reservoir’s wooded shoreline make this location an ideal destination for wellness and adventure. The neighboring Andean resort town of Guatapé, known for its colorful houses decorated with bas-reliefs, offers plenty of opportunities to feed your inner explorer.
The property provides a unique experience where you will enjoy the charm of one of Guatape’s most exclusive estates. Complete with a full kitchen, exterior jacuzzi, and pool, our main retreat villa offers six luxurious rooms—each capturing the unique beauty of the Peñol-Guatapé Reservoir that will surely satisfy all travelers. Steps away from our main retreat home is a private glamping escape for those who want to take an already luxurious retreat experience to the next level. The architecture, landscape, and views are magical and designed to take your breath away.
